Dragonhunter

Only one species is classified in this genus.  It is mostly black in coloration with two yellow lateral thoracic stripes.  The head is small in proportion to the body. The eyes are bright green and the face is yellow.  Its leg are long and black in color; wings long and narrow.  It is the largest clubtail. Often feeds on other dragonflies, sometimes almost as big as itself.

Habitat is streams and rivers, often wooded, and occasionally open lakes.
